At Fitterfly, I facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. I supported the Product Owner with backlog grooming and helped the team work from clear, concise backlogs.
I tracked and reported team progress toward goals, removed impediments, and protected the team from distractions so it could focus on its work and follow Scrum practices.
At Spoonshot, I researched future trends in food and beverage products and reviewed scientific literature on ingredients, flavors, texture, claims, and nutrition. I collaborated with other scientists on ways to improve nutritional content and flavor and develop food products for different markets.
I also managed cross-functional product development with business, data operations, and technology teams, and directed and mentored junior team members and interns. Earlier, at Indiareside, I managed hiring from sourcing through onboarding; I also worked as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant.
