At Accenture, I facilitated Scrum ceremonies, supported sprint planning and reviews, and helped teams address delivery issues and dependencies. I coordinated across distributed teams and US-based stakeholders, including in a Scrum of Scrums setup.
I also mentored team members in Agile practices and supported improvements to sprint estimation and automation. After a planned career break for family responsibilities, I’m returning to technology and pursuing Scrum Master opportunities.
