I’m a results-driven healthcare management professional with 1+ year of experience across hospital operations, patient coordination, and administrative management. With a Bachelor of Hospital Management (BHM), I bring strong analytical capability and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

At Rotary Eye Hospital, I supported patient management and documentation, ensuring accurate records and smooth department coordination. As a Receptionist, I handled end-to-end patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry for a high-volume outpatient department, while generating daily MIS reports and helping streamline patient flow.

In my back-office role at Shrinivas Hospital, I managed data processing, documentation, and administrative support, creating structured reports and maintaining digital records using MS Excel and Word. I also liaised with department heads to collect operational data and compile weekly performance summaries.

Through my hospital management internship at Sahyadri Hospital, I observed end-to-end processes across departments and gained hands-on exposure to Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and healthcare IT workflows.
