I’m looking for a role in Information Systems or IT management where I can lead operations, analyze operational data, and drive digital transformation to improve transport and organizational efficiency in developing economies.

I’m a results-driven Computer Science graduate with over five years of progressive experience supervising operations, coordinating transport systems, and leading teams. I monitor system performance, analyze operational data, and improve efficiency in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Route Inspector (Grand Staff) for Primero Public Transport (BRT), I supervise daily transport operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. I also collect, record, and analyze operational data to support reporting and continuous improvement, while coordinating transport logistics to reduce delays.

Earlier, I’ve built a strong operations foundation through roles including Supervisor at Lugz Supermarket and Hospitality Supervisor at The Good Beach, where I managed workflow, staff performance, and service quality. I bring a strong interest in Information Systems and digital transformation, with a long-term goal of leveraging technology to optimize transport and organizational systems in developing economies.
