At HelpingAnts BD Pixeltokig SE, I administer Linux servers and WordPress/WooCommerce hosting across staging and production environments. I troubleshoot downtime and performance issues, and handle malware removal and security hardening.
I also manage cPanel accounts, DNS, SSL, updates, backups, and restorations. My work includes migrations, disaster recovery, and WP-CLI troubleshooting.
Previously, I administered hybrid Windows Server and RHEL environments at Smart Technologies BD, where I managed patching and software distribution through SCCM. At Meghna Cloud Operations (GenNext Technologies), I deployed and managed AWS services, configured secure VPC networking, and implemented backup and lifecycle policies.
