My Apex Retail Group Power BI project combined a star-schema data model, advanced DAX, and row-level security. While building it, I found and fixed a cost-relief miscalculation that incorrectly flagged six strong-performing stores for closure.
I also built a People Analytics dashboard for CEO, CHRO, and department-manager audiences, with role-based access and DAX-verified KPIs. In a separate customer sign-up audit, I cleaned and analyzed a 515-row dataset and found that Google drove 35% of sign-ups, informing an acquisition-channel recommendation.
