What I'm looking for

I seek a senior clinical role in a collaborative organization where I can lead mental health services, mentor staff, implement evidence-based care, and pursue further public health education.

I am a mental health professional with progressive leadership experience directing mental health units in Ghana, holding a Bachelor of Public Health (Mental Health) and currently pursuing a Master of Public Health. I lead clinical teams, provide supervision, and manage psychiatric assessments, medication administration, therapeutic interventions, and crisis response to ensure safe, effective patient care.

I have designed and delivered staff training, developed unit strategic plans, and integrated multidisciplinary care to support recovery and functional independence. My work includes reproductive and child health leadership, program development, and research-informed practice aimed at improving mental health outcomes in community settings.
