As a Medical Consultant & Secretary, I examined health records systems and analyzed software solutions to enhance performance. I provided support to the board and collaborated with developers to integrate healthcare systems, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

In my role as Senior House Officer, I participated in a digital mental health project, conducted patient interviews, and coordinated social welfare services for vulnerable patients. I also organized community engagements to raise mental health awareness.

As Director of Science, I led initiatives to promote STEM mentorship for women, secured funding for projects, and developed a mental health application tailored to the needs of Ghana and Africa.

I founded and lead a non-governmental organization focused on mental health awareness, developing educational programs and connecting individuals with mental health professionals.
