I am a visionary educational entrepreneur, award-winning STEM educator, and technical innovator, bridging advanced physics pedagogy with multi-platform software engineering. I lead organizations and teams to drive academic excellence, corporate strategy, and technological integration in secondary education, actively applying AI, machine learning, and data analytics to build scalable educational technology solutions.
As Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cosma Technical & Educational Services, I designed and deployed a corporate digital platform and architected generative AI applications for Tanzanian secondary education, including the Cosma AI Tutor and NectaPrediction, with feedback mechanisms tailored to local curricular frameworks. I also teach Advanced Level (A-Level) Physics & Mathematics, ranked 1st locally based on CSEE 2025 results, and I create high-standard NECTA-aligned simulations and problem sets that improve students’ conceptual understanding and testing outcomes—supported by my technical work in systems architecture, Java, Python, Flutter/Dart, and education-focused game design in Roblox Studio.
