What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead portfolio risk and credit strategy while owning client success and retention—reducing delinquencies and accelerating turnaround—using compliance-first frameworks and data-driven playbooks.

I have spent the past 15 years helping companies that provide accounts receivable finance operate more effectively. My background spans portfolio risk, servicing, collections, client operations, and process improvement across factoring, working capital, and fintech environments.

I'm often brought into situations where portfolios need to be stabilized, processes need to be improved, or clients need a better experience. My work has included everything from workout strategies and risk mitigation to onboarding, operational design, and cross-functional projects with product, finance, legal, and engineering teams.

I also bring a certified paralegal background, which has been valuable when working with contracts, notices of assignment, collateral documentation, and legal teams.
