I've analyzed e-commerce sales, profit, product, category, and regional performance using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
In my customer churn analysis project, I used Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Power BI to clean data, explore churn patterns, and build an interactive dashboard. I identified higher churn among month-to-month customers, customers with shorter tenure, and customers with higher monthly charges, then provided business recommendations.
I'm a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, visualization, dashboard development, and deriving insights from data.
