What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue driving end-to-end talent acquisition, high-volume hiring, stakeholder partnerships, and data-informed recruitment improvements in a fast-paced organisation.

At JK Cement and JKY Management Solutions, I manage end-to-end recruitment for PAN India sales and business-critical positions. I have profiled over 2,500 candidates in six months and supported hiring for approximately 750 roles across multiple business verticals.

I source through agencies, referrals, job portals, campus hiring, and networking, including niche requirements in Key Accounts and Construction Chemicals. I coordinate screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offers, onboarding, and communication between candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and HR teams.

I use SAP SuccessFactors to maintain recruitment records and track hiring progress and background verification for over 2,000 candidates. My contribution to talent acquisition has been recognised with JK Cement's Excellence Award and Eklavya Award.
