At Bahwan Cybertek, I manage the Citrix environment and troubleshoot XenApp, XenDesktop, and Horizon View issues across the organization. My work includes login, connectivity, performance, printer, application, and profile issues.
I work with XenApp 6.5 and 7.15, XenDesktop 7.15, and Horizon View 7.4.2. I also handle PVS 7.15 tasks, including creating, updating, merging, locking, and promoting Vdisks to production.
At Wipro Technologies, I managed Citrix and Horizon environments, including Citrix farms of around 45 servers and 1,800 Horizon View desktops. I prepared SOPs and updated SMTD documents while troubleshooting user and application access issues.
Earlier, at UST Global and Fidelity Investments, I supported Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments, published applications, monitored infrastructure, and handled incident and problem management. I also have experience with VMware Horizon and have completed training in VMware Horizon 7: Install, Configure, Manage.
