I am an experienced and results-oriented operations and business management professional with a background in biomedical engineering and over 9 years of progressive responsibility in the healthcare and medical device sector.

At Technomedics Pvt. Ltd., I was promoted to Business Unit Manager as Head SSBU of the Olympus product range, with a revenue target of 1.7 Bn. I define and drive business strategy, own the unit’s Profit & Loss, lead budgeting and forecasting, and manage inventory, import coordination, and after-sales service to protect uptime and customer satisfaction.

I lead high-performing teams, set KPIs, and build capabilities through structured mentoring and performance reviews. I also manage complex tenders and institutional business, align pricing strategy for competitive wins, oversee debtor & receivables management, and ensure regulatory and quality assurance compliance across national standards and corporate benchmarks.

Earlier, I re-joined Technomedics as a Product Manager and Business Manager for critical care equipment, where I guided sales, application, and technical teams with pre-sale and post-sale training, 24/7 on-site support, and supplier/principal coordination. My career started as an Application Assistant/Engineer Application, covering installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and end-user training—so I bring technical depth alongside strong commercial execution.
