I am a Computer Engineering graduate and Certified Calibration and Metrology Professional with over six years of combined experience in IT support, instrument diagnostics, and industrial calibration services. I currently serve as a Service Engineer providing calibration and technical support for leading industrial clients in Nicaragua.

I excel at hands-on hardware support and software troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and macOS, and I deliver remote support via tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk. I perform diagnostics, maintenance, and calibration for flow meters, pressure, and temperature instruments and collaborate with industrial teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

As an independent IT technician I provided computer repair, network setup, security system installation, and 3D printer maintenance, and developed small-scale applications using Visual Basic, C#, ReactJS, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I leverage digital tools for documentation, data analysis, and remote troubleshooting to support global and local clients.
