At ByteForge, I designed and delivered a distributed buffer for a client, adding idempotent processing, replays, and retry semantics to address OOM errors. I also hardened backend servers and shipped fixes behind feature flags with zero downtime.
At Zynga, I owned backend services and data infrastructure supporting 5M+ daily active users. I led a zero-downtime migration of an over-capacity analytics database to AWS Aurora, and led a catalog migration to server-authoritative in-app purchase processing.
At Electronic Arts, I shipped a distributed social inviting microservice that handled 100K RPS at peak. I also developed a Rasa chatbot that reduced support tickets by 50% in A/B tests.
At Glu Mobile, I owned Design Home’s in-game e-commerce store as a 0-to-1 initiative, including a real-time rewards engine and transaction processor. Earlier, I built exchange connectors and a portfolio dashboard at Cryptkey, Inc., and backend software and a Node.js/MongoDB CMS platform at Ricoh.
