I scaled a distributed background-job pipeline on Shoryuken and AWS SQS to serve 700K+ customers at 150ms average P95 latency. By resolving six root-cause patterns across distributed services, I cut daily mobile-to-backend data-sync failures by 99%.
At Baskt, I co-owned backend architecture for Baskt's ecommerce platform and Cloud Hostels' booking platform. I built backend services and REST APIs, a custom vehicle-routing algorithm using Mapbox APIs and OSRM, and CI/CD pipelines.
At MTBC, I reduced P99 search latency by 70% through PostgreSQL JSONB indexing and contributed to a team building SOAP backend services and Angular components. I also mentored three engineering interns at Motive, with one converting to a full-time engineering hire.
