At ISCHOOLCONNECT, I guide prospective students and parents through overseas education options, applications, and visa requirements across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Singapore. I also mentor and manage a team of 11 counselors.
I developed training programs for external agents working with partner universities, equipping them with product knowledge and sales strategies. I also supported recruitment through strategic sales plans and coordination with university partners.
At TC GLOBAL (THE CHOPRA’S), I helped students shortlist universities, understand application requirements, and prepare for visa processes. I researched university requirements and followed up with universities on I-20s.
Earlier, as Team Lead (Applications) at IMPEL OVERSEAS CONSULTANTS LTD, I collaborated with branches and a team of 23 application experts to streamline applications.
