At QS Quacquarelli Symonds, I supported London South Bank University across South Asia, coordinating recruitment, partner engagement, admissions support and student conversion.
At Leap Scholar, I led and mentored a team of seven counsellors. I developed strategies to improve counselling effectiveness, student engagement and conversion, and used performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Across my student counselling roles, I guided students through admissions, scholarships, applications and visa processes for the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Singapore. I also conducted seminars and webinars on international education, careers and visa regulations.
At Euro Asia Consulting, I supervised a team of six counsellors, supported university partnerships and researched international education trends. My work has included counsellor training, student recruitment and admissions support.
