At EXL Service, I build and support enterprise voicebots and chatbots for BFSI and Healthcare use cases using CES Agent Studio, Dialogflow CX, and Amelia. I integrate APIs through Google Cloud Functions and develop webhook-driven fulfillment logic for conversational agents.

I’ve also applied Vertex AI and Gemini APIs to agent instructions, and refined intents and fallback flows using production interaction data in BigQuery. At Valenta.AI Pvt Ltd, I built chatbot and voicebot solutions, including regional IVR systems with call routing and callback workflows.
