I accelerated sales growth by $3M through region-specific pricing strategies and improved profitability margins from 22% to 26% by optimizing product mix. I also use Tableau to automate reporting and strengthen decision-making.
Previously, I drove finance for Decathlon’s external marketplace portfolio, supporting a ₹150 Cr business model and helping launch Ajio as a marketplace partner contributing approximately ₹50 Cr in annual top line. My experience also includes cash-flow forecasting, supply-chain finance, M&A tax due diligence, and transaction tax strategy at KPMG India.
