What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and deploy high-impact production AI systems, especially computer vision, RAG, AI agents, speech, and GPU-optimized infrastructure, while owning technical roadmaps and mentoring engineering teams.

At HawkEyes Digital Monitoring, I build and scale production AI across retail execution, manufacturing, and surveillance. My computer-vision platform serves 2M+ retail outlets at approximately 99% detection accuracy for BAT, Unilever, and Nagad.

I combine YOLO and OpenCV systems with production RAG, multi-agent workflows, and real-time voice agents, supported by GPU-optimized MLOps and self-hosted infrastructure. I've built two on-premises Ubuntu GPU servers, maintain 50+ Hugging Face model repositories, and am currently building a Bangladeshi-accent Bangla TTS model for AI call agents.
