I’m looking for a Database Administrator role where I can own MongoDB/PostgreSQL HA/DR, deliver performance tuning through query/indexing, automate DBA operations, and strengthen database security with RBAC and SSL/TLS.

I’m a highly motivated, results-oriented Database Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing, maintaining, and optimizing production MongoDB environments. I’m proficient in installation, configuration, backup & recovery, replication, performance tuning, and user access management—focused on ensuring data integrity, high availability, and performance optimization in enterprise environments.

In my current role (Mphasis), I administer PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters with HA and replication, design full/incremental backup strategies with PITR, and improve query performance through indexing and partitioning. I also automate routine DBA tasks with shell scripting and cron jobs, implement authentication and RBAC best practices, and handle scaling, node/storage failures, and 24/7 on-call support rotation.
