What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support or QA role where I can investigate production issues, validate fixes, work closely with engineering and business teams, and support reliable releases in an SLA-driven environment.

I've investigated and triaged more than 1,100 production issues at E-touch Systems Corp (Virtusa), coordinating with engineering teams through resolution and validating fixes before release.

I troubleshoot customer-facing issues across web, mobile, desktop, and connected devices, including iOS, Android, ChromeOS, macOS, TVs, speakers, wearables, and smart-home devices. I use JIRA, Buganizer, SQL, APIs, logs, and structured defect documentation to isolate service, data, and application-flow problems.

Previously, I supported order-fulfillment, billing, and internal business applications, working closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders. I'm Microsoft Certified as an Azure Administrator Associate and bring careful follow-through to urgent, SLA-driven incidents.
