At WNS Global Services, I own monthly MIS and Sales Force Effectiveness reporting across client accounts, using engagement, sales, and KPI analysis to identify performance gaps and support business decisions.
I develop Power BI reporting solutions for stakeholders across 21 countries and standardize KPI definitions and data validation to improve reporting consistency and visibility.
I also implemented reporting automation with Python, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel, achieving up to 80% efficiency gains. I mentor 2–3 analysts and oversee reporting quality and delivery.
Earlier at WNS Global Services, I developed Power BI dashboards and product launch trackers, and contributed to a 30% increase in project revenue by transitioning Excel-based reporting to Power BI. In my project work, I analyzed an e-commerce pricing experiment and found an approximately 11% relative lift in conversion rate.
