At Robot Toolworx, I joined at the idea stage and led 0-to-1 product design for an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. I helped define the MVP, core user flows, and product requirements, and designed sign-up, onboarding, permissions, and account linking.
I turned customer conversations into client pitches and proof-of-concept prototypes, helping grow the client base from 4 to 12 in 12 months. Through user feedback and usability testing, I improved flows that drove a 60% increase in user engagement, and built a design system with 100+ reusable components.
My work also includes accessible fintech experiences at ZorroFi, healthcare UX research and therapy app design at University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and mobile product design at Eloomin and Kashti Studios. I hold an M.S. in Human-Centered Computing, have published HCI research, and build prototypes with tools including Figma Make and Claude.
