What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Software Engineer role where I can build scalable, high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies. I'm seeking opportunities to work on impactful products, collaborate with strong engineering teams and continue growing in frontend architecture, full-stack development, and AI-assisted engineering.

I've built SaaS HRMS, e-commerce, employee management, and customer-support products using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. My work includes Tubo.ph, a multi-tenant HRMS platform supporting 1,000+ users, where I delivered role-based dashboards, attendance, payroll, notifications, and a secure salary-disbursement e-wallet workflow.

At Rudraak Technologies, I lead frontend engineering and contribute to architecture decisions across React.js and Next.js applications. I drive sprint planning and delivery with product, design, backend, and QA teams while mentoring developers through reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

Previously, I led Agile planning at Heliconia Solutions and improved frontend responsiveness by optimizing REST API integrations and deployment workflows.
