At DBS, I designed a configurable archival framework that migrated 10M+ production records and delivered AI-assisted capabilities including call summarization, email drafting, intelligent email prioritization, and a unified customer engagement dashboard. I also helped reduce critical production incidents by 50% and technical debt by 30%.

At Brane Enterprises, I designed resilient publisher/subscriber transaction workflows with parallel execution, scheduling, retries, and failure recovery. I reduced Translator API response time by 90% through JProfiler-based profiling and improved serialization efficiency.

I'm especially interested in distributed, event-driven systems: I’ve built high-throughput payment workflows with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, WebFlux, transactional outbox patterns, DLQs, caching, and observability. My projects also include an AI code-generation SaaS platform designed for 10K+ concurrent sessions and responsive SSE token streaming.
