I am Rahul Raj, a senior undergraduate studying Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar. I also have a minor in Computer Science and Engineering. Throughout my academic journey, I have maintained a CPI of 7.0 and have consistently excelled in my studies.
During my time at IIT Gandhinagar, I have gained valuable experience as a Web Developer. I designed and developed the entire interface for the TEDxIITGandhinagar website, resulting in a significant increase in online visibility and user engagement. I also led a team in the development of a web application for a CEO database, implementing robust input validation to ensure security. Additionally, I have worked on projects such as a movie recommender system and a Wordle solver, showcasing my skills in Python, Numpy, Pandas, and more.
Aside from my academic achievements, I have actively participated in extracurricular activities. I was a participant in the Hackrush Hackathon at IIT Gandhinagar, where I built a ReactJS application for the Professional Development Council website. I also participated in the GSSOC (GirlScript Summer of Code) program, making valuable contributions to open-source projects and enhancing my collaborative software development skills. In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in programming languages such as C++, JavaScript, and Python, and I have experience with tools like Git/Github and libraries/frameworks like Numpy, Pandas, and ReactJS.
