I've improved the Bajaj for Business lending module through clearer navigation, content hierarchy, and interaction models. I also designed and launched Learning Hub and Newsletter features, and contributed reusable design systems and component libraries across digital products.

My work includes redesigning mobility loan booking for guided field-agent workflows, revamping lead-management dashboards, and creating a self-service Dealer QR Creative Generator that reduces reliance on manual design support.

Before product design, I managed operations and accounts at Gaurav Gas Suppliers and Transport and delivered enterprise technical support at Waters India. Those roles shaped how I translate customer needs, business constraints, and technical complexity into practical product solutions.
