What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product-focused team where I can design user-centric, data-driven experiences end to end. I want to pair research and prototypes with scalable design systems, collaborate closely with PMs and developers, and build interfaces that improve engagement and satisfaction.

I’m a UI/UX designer with 4.5 years of hands-on experience crafting user-centric digital experiences—from user research and wireframing to prototyping and delivering pixel-perfect UI that users truly enjoy. I thrive on solving complex design challenges by combining strong interaction design with thoughtful flows and clear, accessible experiences.

In my recent role as a UI/UX Designer at Flyweis Technology, I applied UX design thinking to map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across multi-channel platforms (chat, email, phone). I identified friction points using user research, behavioural data, and customer insights, and used data-driven and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve digital self-service interactions.

Earlier, at Jobs App and Mu Sigma, I designed intuitive interfaces and translated requirements into innovative, scalable UI/UX solutions. At Deloitte Digital, I supported pagination/print-related customer service while also partnering with the UI/UX team to design and develop UI for internal applications—experiences that sharpened my attention to usability, responsiveness, and quality across real-world business needs.
