I'm currently supporting Credit Initiation Compliance and merchant onboarding at Mashreq Global Services, where I scrutinize applications against policy guidelines and validate merchant agreements, KYC documents, MCCs, and sanction countries.

Previously at Barclays Global Services, I worked across Uganda loan operations, Barclaycard onboarding, and unsecured collections and recoveries. I assessed customer creditworthiness, analyzed bank statements and cash flow, performed KYC and screening checks, and made policy-based decisions within agreed TAT.

In Barclaycard Data Services and Onboarding, I reviewed entity documentation, merchant sales activity, business turnover, trade classes, MCC codes, Experian results, and high-risk merchant credit scores. I also escalated sanction-country cases and supported World Check and other required verification checks.

I began in HSBC business-process outsourcing at Trayee Business Solutions, processing credit card and personal-loan applications, managing tele-verification work, quality checks, MIS reporting, and credit verification. I bring hands-on experience in credit underwriting, compliance, customer validation, collections, and operational controls.
