At PT Bank IBK Indonesia Tbk, I support credit system development by gathering user requirements, documenting business needs, planning workflows, and coordinating solutions with IT developers.
I defined requirements for a data-recall function in the Credit Analysis Report that populates information across 16 sections and lets users update only what has changed. The function was deployed.
I prepare and execute UAT test cases, communicate system changes to users, and provide guidance or training. After deployment, I perform Post-Production Checking.
My credit planning work also includes preparing industry analyses, revising credit policies and procedures, and maintaining credit data and reports. Earlier, as a Banking Intern at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, I assisted customers with savings and BRIMO account openings and maintained Customer Information File data.
