I’m a creative, productive and hard-working candidate building strong customer service skills through hands-on experience and recognised training. I recently completed a QQI Level 4 in General Learning, and I’m currently doing a QQI Level 5 in Culinary Arts, alongside Hospitality Skills training.

I bring certified safety and service capability, including Manual Handling (Certified), HACCP (Certified), and Waiter Training (Certified). With languages in English, Arabic and Yoruba, I enjoy engaging customers and supporting teams to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience.

In my work experience at Mr Price, Palmerstown, Dublin 20 (two-week Shop Assistant placement), I focused on greeting customers and assisting with queries, ensuring the store’s stock was in order, and reporting complaints to a manager or supervisor. I’m eager to progress into employment and would love a part-time role in retail where I can contribute, learn quickly, and grow through responsibility and teamwork.
