What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a talent acquisition or HR coordination role where I can manage candidate processes, support stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and grow my HRIS and analytics capabilities.

At dNotes Admission Consultancy, I coordinate end-to-end recruiting for Business Development Associate and Counselor roles, from sourcing and screening through interview scheduling and onboarding handoffs.

I screen approximately 40 candidates each week, coordinate logistics with department heads, and keep candidate communication timely and professional.

During my HR internships at Premsons Motors and Premsons Motors (NEXA), I supported recruitment, onboarding, confidential employee records, attendance data, and training programs. I also maintained organised, audit-ready training and certification documentation.

I bring an HRIS Analyst certification, strong Excel and HRIS platform skills, and a process-focused approach to accurate records, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
