What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep building API-focused web applications with Ruby on Rails, ship continuously with TDD, and work in teams using Scrum/Kanban and modern practices around security (OWASP) and clean, SOLID code.

I’ve worked at Fundação Municipal de Saúde-Teresina building and maintaining systems with Ruby on Rails and Java, while supporting databases and front-end tooling like Bootstrap and jQuery. I also led the Computer Network Center, expanding the municipal health foundation’s data network using virtualization, VLANs, pfSense, and monitoring with Centreon.

From 2017 to 2021, I coordinated IT teams and delivered multiple projects across development, support, and networks, then moved into Rails development at Moat Builders to ship web applications and Telegram bots. Since April 2022 at C.E.S.A.R., I’ve been collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to develop API-focused web applications with continuous value delivery, using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, EmberJS, REST/GraphQL, Docker, and TDD.
