I’m looking to grow in HR operations and labor relations, using HR systems to streamline hiring and onboarding, strengthen compliance, and improve employee experience through clear processes, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Psychologist with hands-on Human Resources experience, specializing in employee benefits administration, recruitment and selection, and payroll processes. I’m known for strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support organizational well-being and improve employee experience.
