At Michelin, I work directly with large-scale production data across quality, process, and machine-level operations. I connect process parameters and machine signals to defects, downtime, and root causes.
As an Industrial Engineer, I define local quality-planning standards, lead new-product industrialisation, and maintain Power BI dashboards that give quality teams real-time visibility into nonconformities and scrap.
Previously, as a Quality Control Engineer, I replaced manual reporting with Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and multi-source data models. I also built a shop-floor scrap-tracking Power Apps tool connected to Power Automate alerts and database triggers.
I use SPC, control charts, and root cause analysis to improve process stability and product quality. I'm expanding my toolkit in SQL, Python, and Dataiku to work with larger, more complex industrial datasets.
