Currently, I am a Customer Service Clerk at The UPS Store, where I manage store operations, process shipments, and handle customer transactions using CMS and POS systems. I also fulfill print orders, assist with computer use, and address customer inquiries via phone and email.

As a Customer Service Associate, I was responsible for opening and closing the store, processing shipments, and managing Amazon returns. I also completed customer print orders, assisted with computer use, and handled customer inquiries.

As an Assistant Manager, I supervised employees, ensured daily tasks were met, and managed cash registers and POS systems. I also handled store safe funds, maintained store cleanliness, and trained new employees.

As a Lead Teacher, I created short learning lessons, assisted children with homework, and organized playtime activities. I also transported children to and from school events, maintained center cleanliness, and ensured the well-being and safety of all children.

As a Team Member, I took and served orders, managed the cash register, and maintained the cleanliness of the dining area. I also rotated and labeled food products, restocked beverage stations, and prepared meal items.

As a Volunteer Office Assistant/Receptionist, I completed weekly tasks such as sending and responding to emails, collaborated with the project team to plan business events, and recruited promoters and business partners. I also scheduled appointments, recorded events, and designed business advertisements.

As a Volunteer Teacher Aide, I supervised and interacted with children during all activities, maintained appropriate communication with staff and families, and ensured the cleanliness of the center. I also provided basic needs for children, entertained them with various activities, and collaborated with staff to produce center programs.

Completed coursework to become certified in Early Childhood Development. Gained foundational knowledge and practical skills in child development and early education principles.

Obtained a high school diploma, completing general education requirements. Developed foundational academic skills across various subjects.
