I'm looking to contribute my analytical, systems-oriented, and problem-solving mindset to a team building thoughtful, effective systems and products.

I've supported students at National University as an Enrollment Advisor and Academic and Finance Counselor, guiding them through enrollment, registration, degree progress, financial responsibilities, and university processes.

I use Salesforce, SOAR, and OnBase to document interactions, manage case records, and maintain accurate student information. When my university adopted a new student information and communication system, I created a centralized OneNote resource to make key information and resources easier for my team to access.

My background in elementary education and professional golf has strengthened my analytical approach, resilience, and ability to use performance data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
