I manage C-parts supply, quotations, orders and deliveries for French-speaking industrial key accounts in Switzerland at Würth Industrie Service. I set up, monitor and optimize logistical and inventory-management supply concepts while coordinating project and individual-part requests.

As Technical Key User for my team, I create technical enquiries in SAP R/3, support knowledge transfer, and mentor new employees and interns.
