I’m a results-driven professional with a dual background in Information Technology and Business Administration. I manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems while also bringing business management, client relations, and organizational leadership to every engagement.
Since Jun 2022, I’ve served as an Information & Technology Support Specialist, managing IT infrastructure, addressing system failures, and supporting firewall security to keep operations running. I provide end-user support for B2B and B2C clients, train staff on new systems and processes, maintain IT documentation and manuals, and coordinate disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize downtime and data loss.
Alongside my IT work, I’m the Founder & Owner of an IT solutions company, where I lead business development and client relations, handle strategy and budgeting, and deliver tailored IT and software solutions that improve clients’ operational performance. Earlier roles in service coordination and administrative support strengthened my ability to manage stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and keep reporting and documentation accurate.
