I'm eager to apply my academic knowledge in practical settings and develop my skills in research, empathy-led communication, and community support.

At University of Central Punjab, I'm studying BS Psychology and building my understanding of human behaviour and mental health.

Through mental health awareness volunteering, I shared educational content to help reduce stigma around psychological help.

I also provided peer-to-peer support and guidance to juniors during school orientation.

As a Punjab College representative in inter-college cricket tournaments, I developed teamwork, discipline, and coordination through competitive sports.
