I am an MPhil Psychology graduate with a strong enthusiasm for research and mental health. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in psychological principles, and I have honed my skills through various roles, including as a research assistant and primary teacher. My research thesis on the effects of doodling on anxiety, affect, and happiness reflects my commitment to understanding the intricacies of mental health.

During my time at Peshawar University, I actively contributed to studies on anxiety and supported data analysis, showcasing my ability to work collaboratively in a team. My experience as a primary teacher allowed me to design engaging lessons that catered to diverse learning styles, emphasizing my adaptability and communication skills.
