At Emploitic Group’s Talenteo, I own end-to-end product design and continuous discovery for a SaaS HR and payroll platform. I translate recurring user research into prioritized decisions that helped raise customer satisfaction to an NPS of 30.
I led a research-driven redesign of client onboarding, mapping the HR and payroll setup journey and reducing new-client activation time from 135 to 90 days. I work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to validate workflow improvements through usability testing.
Previously at Bigmama Technology, I initiated and owned design for Hyko.ai, taking an AI-powered workflow automation product from concept to a fully responsive launched experience in under three months. My software engineering foundation helps me partner effectively with engineering teams in Agile environments.
I’ve also led and mentored a team of around 40 designers at GDSC UMBB Club, and delivered UX/UI, brand, blog, and Webflow landing-page work for Huntease. Through independent projects including AAKARATI and FIND, I’ve applied user research, product discovery, and usability testing to simplify real user journeys.
