At INEDI, I took full ownership of NEOPSE, a SaaS used by 1,700+ clients, from backlog through production. I also managed work across NEOPSE, Ediflex, and EDIDOC.
I gathered requirements, wrote user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritized the backlog. In one year, I helped correct 150+ bugs and deliver 95+ enhancements, while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and tracking sprint KPIs.
At AUTOEQUIP, I managed the Odipra e-commerce site end to end, and its share of revenue grew from 6% to 20%. I also designed a multi-application intranet that reached 100% employee adoption and digitized several internal processes.
My earlier backend development work at OPSONE gave me experience with Ruby on Rails and SQL. I use AI for interactive prototypes and can assess AI use cases and frame risks; I’m currently developing SubsistAI, an AI product for Product Managers.
