What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level cybersecurity role where I can contribute to threat detection, incident response, security analytics, and secure system hardening while learning from experienced security teams.

I'm pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Cybersecurity) at VIT-AP University, where I build practical security tools for threat detection, analysis, and secure infrastructure.

I built a phishing URL detector using Python, BeautifulSoup, Google Safe Browsing API, and VirusTotal API to classify suspicious links and produce SOC-ready reports with remediation recommendations. I also developed a Random Forest model using CICIDS2017 to reduce IDS false positives and improve alert prioritization.

My projects include evaluating FedAvg, FedProx, and FLTrust against data-poisoning attacks in federated learning, where FLTrust sustained 82–85% accuracy, and deploying Windows Server Active Directory with role-based access control, hardening, and log monitoring. I've also contributed to cybersecurity hackathons and led certificate distribution for more than 500 VITOPIA participants.
