I seek a role where I can apply QA, technical writing, and BA skills in banking/financial systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to reliable, compliant deployments.

I am an IT Technical Writer and Quality Assurance specialist with hands-on experience in core banking, internet and mobile banking, and middleware projects. I have created BRDs, designed UAT scenarios, developed and executed SIT/UAT test cases, and coordinated cross-functional teams to resolve hundreds of issues using JIRA.

I have contributed as a Business Analyst on regulatory and integration projects, delivered daily UAT reporting across branches and lines of business, and supported post-go-live issue management and system enhancements to ensure deployment readiness and compliance.
