What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an e-commerce, customer support, shipping coordination, or virtual assistant role where I can manage orders, support customers, coordinate suppliers, and work independently with international clients.

I've coordinated shipping and e-commerce operations for PT Warriors Divine Signature in Bali, managing daily customer orders and Shopify operations from 2020 to 2026.

I prepare orders, verify addresses, inventory, and product details, and coordinate international shipments through FedEx and the Post Office. I also track deliveries, resolve shipping issues, communicate with customers and internal teams, and coordinate with suppliers on products and stock.

Earlier, I supported sales and customer service at Galactic Goddess and worked event sales in Nusa Dua, assisting customers, handling inquiries, organizing stock, and supporting daily operations. I'm comfortable working independently while supporting international clients remotely.
