At Marz & DKCProjects, I maintain telecom assets at DFCCIL New Sakoti Office Meerut, including fiber optic testing on N1 and N2 paths. I also maintain 48V SMPS units, backup battery banks, and EPABX, SDH, and PDH systems.
As a Resident Engineer with Neotell India, Gayatri Webtech Pvt. Ltd., and Module Informatics Pvt. Ltd., I supported IT and network operations at DFCCIL Office Meerut. My work included maintaining LAN equipment and a Sophos XG135G firewall, supporting SAP connectivity, and troubleshooting desktop, printer, and internet issues.
Earlier, I worked as an S&T Technician with M/s Vidhya Vidya Verma and as a Network Technician with Kin Techno Informatics Pvt. Ltd. I maintained railway station systems and configured network devices, IP cameras, and switching features such as ether channels and trunks.
